Do you help me calculate my macros and track? Yes! For success with body goals, I  understand how important it is to personalize your plan to meet those goals. I'll help you personalize your nutrition plan through a personalized calorie budget and macros.

I've tried so many diets and nothing has worked, what makes this different? My approach to nutrition is different because it’s not a "diet" in the mainstream association of the word— it’s a mindset shift around food. The typical fad "diet" relies on rules and restrictions.  Cutting out food groups and calling it discipline.  When your body doesn’t respond the way the plan promised, it feels like you failed.  That’s not what I do. ​I teach people how to eat in a way that works with your body — not against it. Instead of rigid rules, you’ll build sustainable habits and learn how to view food as fuel, not the enemy. My approach is about learning, adapting, and creating a way of eating you can maintain for life. It’s not a diet. It’s a mindset shift that gives you control, confidence, and clarity around food.
