Meet Sav
I’m Savannah — but you can call me Sav! I’m a Certified Nutrition Consultant, competitive athlete, and fitness coach. I help people shift their mindset around food so they can achieve their dream body in a way that feels simple, sustainable, and realistic. My work is rooted in the belief that real health comes from balance — not fad diets, restrictive rules, or extremes — and that nutrition should support your life, not control it.
I know firsthand how damaging diet culture can be. I grew up eating low-calorie, under-fueling my body, and pushing through burnout in the name of “discipline,” all while believing that was the key to health and success. Through my own experience and education, I learned that your dream body doesn’t come from restriction — it comes from nourishment. That shift changed everything for me, and it’s why I’m so passionate about teaching others how to build automatic habits.
Today, I focus on using food as medicine and fuel, helping clients build strength, energy, confidence, and long-term results by fueling intentionally. My approach prioritizes whole foods, adequate protein, balanced macros, and realistic habits that support goals like body recomposition, performance, skin health, and overall well-being. I’m here to help you ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and fuel with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
